Defective Products
A defective product described in simplest form is a product that is not reasonably safe and does not perform in the manner in which it was intended to perform. Serious injuries have resulted from a wide range of defective products, including:
The defect can result from how the product was made, how the product was designed, or a failure to provide adequate warnings about how to properly use the product. In some instances, the party which distributed or sold the product will be held responsible for the injury.
You should know that, if possible, it is helpful if you save the defective product and any packaging, instructions, and warnings which accompanied the product, for future investigation of the defect.
If you or a loved one has suffered an injury and believe that it was caused by a defective product, you are urged to contact Scott Charnas for assistance.
