Train or Ferry Accidents

Mechanical failure, human error, and operational procedures are factors which can cause a train or ferry accident, with the National Transportation Safety Board (“NTSB”) being the federal government agency which investigates the causes of such crashes.

If you or a loved one has suffered an injury as the result of a train or ferry accident, be sure that it is immediately reported to those in charge of the train or ferry, providing your   name, address, and other contact information.

In regard to ferry (and cruise ship) accidents in particular, it is very important to check the back of your ticket to determine if there are short deadlines for bringing claims.
